As a massage therapist I help people with muscle tension and joint pain, discomfort and stiffness as a result of injury, lifestyle & work habits, stressful circumstances and emotional states.
I really enjoy working with people from a huge variety of backgrounds and walks of life, for instance musicians, farmers, foresters, writers, crofters, desk workers, drivers, artists, cooks, baristas and, of course, sports people.
